Program Structure & Breaks

How long is the Paradox Dogs Handler Education Course?
Our program runs 15 instructional weeks across four structured phases and three 4-week skill breaks for integration and retention.

 

Program Timeline

  • Phase 1: Weeks 1–4 → Foundational Skills

  • Break 1 → 4-week skill integration

  • Phase 2: Weeks 5–8 → Advanced Foundations

  • Break 2 → 4-week skill integration

  • Phase 3: Weeks 9–12 → Public Access & Task Refinement

  • Break 3 → 4-week skill integration

  • Phase 4: Weeks 13–15 → Maintenance, Transition & Retirement

What happens during skill breaks?
Students practice existing lessons, upload video assignments, and strengthen reliability before progressing.

Eligibility & Requirements

Who can enroll?

Adults (18 +) training or preparing to train their own service dogs. No minors accepted.

 

Do I need to already have a dog?
No — dog selection, evaluation, and readiness are part of the early curriculum.

 

Are there prerequisites?
Completion of the processing fee and consultation unlocks onboarding and enrollment in the app.

Payment-Percentage Release Protocol

  • 25 % paid → Unlocks Phase 2

  • 50 % paid → Unlocks Phase 3

  • 100 % paid → Lifetime access + certification eligibility

CIC Scholarship Details

What is a CIC Scholarship?
CIC (Canine Investment & Community) awards tuition offsets or full scholarships based on verified service hours.

All CIC hours are logged via the Base44 CIC Tracker and verified by admin.

Refund & Release Protocol

Refund Policy
Refunds are available only until the end of Phase 1.
Withdrawals before Phase 1 completion qualify for a 50 % refund of payments made.

Certification vs. Registration

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes — a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the Paradox Dogs Handler Education Course.

 

Is this an official service dog registration?
No — There is no legal “service dog registry.”
Our certification verifies education, not legal registration.

 

Does my dog gain any special status after completion?
Graduation demonstrates verified competency and evaluation completion, not a public-access entitlement.
