  • Phase 4 (Weeks 13–15) — Maintenance, Transition & Retirement — long-term health, workload adjustment, and ethical retirement.

  • Processing Fee – Begin onboarding and reserve your admin review.

  • Onboarding – Complete forms, upload vet info, sign waivers.

  • Consultation – Meet with staff to assess readiness and goals.

  • Enrollment – Choose tuition tier and payment plan, finalize agreement.

  • Orientation – Learn your Base44 dashboard and communication tools.

  • Access – Cohort placement and course unlock.
